Julia is a designer and illustrator passionate about creating meaningful designs for both individuals and companies. She earned her BFA in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, cum laude, in 2018. Inspired by detailed interpretive projects as an undergrad, she focused on Illustration for her master’s degree studies.

Julia has been drawing incessantly since she was a small child and has won numerous awards in the arts for her drawings. She began competing as an equestrian at the age of seven, and it was her love for the sport that pulled her toward using drawing and the arts to explore more complex subject matters. She learned that her knowledge base and understanding increased as she visualized and created detailed compositions of concepts like horse anatomy, equipment, and obstacle courses. She used this experience to launch her business offering fine art commissions of horses, dogs and cats.

With regard to corporate work, Julia has experience creating visuals for presentations, infographics, books, editorials, surface design, and more. Her most recent corporate projects include works for Affiliated Engineers, Orion, and RLF. She is excited to finish her master’s degree so she can continue her career as a creative, bringing design ideas to life for her clients. Julia will finish her master’s degree in the summer of 2024.
